This blog got it’s name from Audrey… a former Sem wife who is now a Pastor’s wife!

The goal of this blog is for the CTS community to be able to bounce recipe ideas off of each other. Specifically, recipe ideas that utilize our beloved co-op foods.

Meal planning is really important if you’re going to utilize the co-op to it’s full potential. I typically meal plan after shopping-day (Tuesday) for the entire next week. Planning 5 meals a week has been good for my family. There are usually leftover days in there! Make a list and then supplement with a trip to Kroger.
