Sage Pepper Ham Steak and Potato Planks

Ingredients:

– Ham Steak

– 3 Potatoes, cut longways

– 1 can green beans

– Rubbed Sage

– Salt/Pepper

Directions:

1) Sauté Ham on a large skillet seasoned with rubbed sage, salt, and pepper.

2) Slice 3 potatoes longways, season with seasoning salt (such as Lowry’s) and fry in oil.

3) Use can of green beans as a side.
