Crunchy Baked Potatoes

Adapted From: Family Recipe
Serves: 4


3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan (or Italian Mix)
Seasoned Salt to taste (may use regular salt and add herbs to taste — ie, rosemary)
8 – 10 medium baking potatoes
1/2 Cup Margarine or Butter


1. Combine flour, cheese, and salt in large resealable bag

2. Add potatoes

3. Melt margarine/butter in 9 x 13 pn in oven

4. Add potatoes and stir to coat

5. Bake uncovered for 45 – 60 minutes or until tender

6. Stir occasionally
